I drilled the pilot holes in the #4 vertical channels. Next, I cut the #5 channels to length and started to trim the reliefs at the ends of one of them.

I layed out all of the pilot holes on both the the vertical channel #4s.

I completed vertical channels number 3 and started to work on vertical channels number 4. To create the small 1/4 inch radius I made two cuts with the andy snips in from the edge of the flange. I then used needle nose pliers to bend the tab until it broke off. Once the notch was created I put the channel in a vice and used a small round file to create the radius. I finished the notches using the andy snips.

I worked on the second vertical zee today. I had previously cut it out and started the layout. Today I finished the layout, trimmed the zee to sized and then drilled all of the holes.

Today I worked on making or completing all of the F14 parts. I made up a few of the angles created from the angle stock and then completed all of the pilot holes in the other parts I had made earlier.
