Today I drilled the pilot holes in the upper firewall filler box.

I finished drilling the lower firewall and then bent the 30 degree angle at the top of the firewall.

I drilled the holes in the upper firewall and marked out the holes in the lower firewall.

I marked out and drilled holes in two of the fire wall components. The front and top of the extension for the tank filler neck.

Today I am re making the windshield strap. I previously made this part but I used .025 instead of .032 aluminium. I finished cutting out the part and drilling all of the pilot holes. I left the holes for the Southco fasteners as I am not sure which fastener type I want to use.

I finished drilling and then riveting the hinges to the seat pan.

I made up the structure hinges today and the moved on and started to rivet the hinge to the upper part of the seat pan.
