Nose Pant Attach Brackets

I made the nose pant attach brackets

I cout out the second bracket and finished both.

I cut out the second clip then formed it on the brake. Next I polished it and drilled the holes.

I cut out one of the brackets.

I cut out and formed one of the forward root clips.

I cut out the splic plates and marked the holes.

I cut the ends of the strap then cleaned up the edges with a file. Next I marked and drilled the holes. Finally, I sanded and scotchbrited the strap.

I cut strips from 0.060" thick 6061-T6 Aluminum to be used for fuel tank straps.

I cleaned up the edge of the strap and cut the radius on one end.

Finished the work on the forward fuel tank strap.
