I finished making the bulkhead this morning.

I finished up work on the right and left hand mount assemblies this morning. I noticed that I made a small mistake on angles which results in the barb end not being quite as wide as the web but there is still plenty of material around the rivet hole so I don’t see any problems.

This afternoon, I cut out the blank to make the bulkhead.

I worked on the seatbelt mount assemblies. I made up the two angles and cut out one of the webs. I previously made the fittings for the assemblies. The fittings still need to be drilled and bent but I will work on that next time.

Today I worked on the two F23-12 clips and completed them.

I cut out two of the channels used in the cross tie box assembly. I used the bench sander to trim the ends of the channel that needs to have the flanges extend 1/8 inches beyond the web.
